Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer with a valid Washington State Electrician License (01 General Journey Level or 04 Sign Specialty) and experience operating bucket trucks. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and non-electrical signs using bucket trucks, ladders, and lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs (e.g., channel letters, billboards, building-mounted signage).
  • Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting in compliance with NEC Article 600 and Washington State electrical codes (RCW 19.28, WAC 296-46B).
  • Operate and maintain bucket truck and/or lifts safely and efficiently.
  • Drive to customer locations, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Maintain inventory and restock materials for sign projects in trucks/vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications:

  • Required: Valid Washington State Electrician License (01 General Journey Level or 04 Sign Specialty).
  • Required: Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts (OSHA MEWP training preferred).
  • Preferred: Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for larger bucket trucks.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sign installation or electrical trade.
  • Knowledge of local permitting processes and electrical codes.
  • Strong safety focus, with ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
  • Familiarity with tools like multimeters for troubleshooting electrical signs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
